Upon signing below, I agree that if I arrive on agreed upon dates without the agreed upon set up, differing set up (without approval from organisers) or inadequate set up for weather conditions or venue specifications and the organisers deem it necessary to remove my pitch or refuse attendance, my fee paid will be non refundable. I also agree to give a minimum of 21 working days notice of cancellation to any agreed upon dates otherwise my fee will be non refundable.
